What's your occupation?
Commercial Sales Executive
What's your vision? (Your vision is about what inspires you and what's possible for you and the world)
My vision is to rebuild my office into a one stop service center for my clients. Also, since the real esate downturn, I would like to bring back my business counterparts, so we can again be the most efficient and productive closing office for our clients who do real estate transactions.
What's ONE specific goal that you most want to succeed? (*Goal* they are just the milestone to your vision.)
I would like to help my clients close their transactions to meet their goals, and as a result reach my goal of a million dollars in revenue this year as well.
What are the next one to three things you need in referrals, connections, insight that would move your goal forward.
1) Right now I would like to have 100 active commercial and/or residential real estate individuals (investors, brokers, bankers ect.) who have a need for a good supporting title and escrow team.

2) The market to pick up! But we all need that right?

Regulatory Reform for benefit of the consumer? My Rant

Since the economic collapse there seems to be a movement for more regulation and oversight. In theory this sounds wonderful. Get rid of those Big evil Banks and evil sales people selling bad products to good people and help the little old ladies and people who are lower to middle class get back some dignity. On the surface this sounds great and when emotions run wild we are filled with glee when we hate those "Wall Streeters". However a deeper look at things may change your mind.

These are my o… Continue

Large banks see recession ending by late summer

By Christopher S. Rugaber, AP Economics Writer

WASHINGTON — The nation's largest banks expect the economy to recover from its deep slump by late summer but remain weak until next year.
"The economy will return to growth but not to health," Bruce Kasman, chief economist for JP Morgan Chase and chairman of the American Bankers Association's Economic Advisory Committee, said Tuesday.

The committee, which includes economists from Wells Fargo, PNC Fi… Continue

During the past 25 years, the private sector in the United States pushed the limits on debt, and when this experiment in debt-fueled consumption came to its crescendo, it sent shock waves throughout the global economy. Now it appears that the U.S. government is trying to… Continue

The number of mortgage-fraud cases the FBI is investigating is on the rise (Be Careful)

The number of mortgage-fraud cases the FBI is investigating is on the rise as scammers prey on unsuspecting homeowners behind on their mortgage payments and nearing foreclosure.

"Considering that there could be more than 3 million foreclosures starts in 2009, it is safe to assume that frauds and scams will affect a large number of American homeowners," said Travis Hamel Olsen, president of the National Short Sale Center, in a news release this week. The firm facilitates short sales on behalf of… Continue
