We can all start by adopt or sponsor one child on your birthday (it's on going contribution every month) so you can tell your friends/family instead of giving you a gift just give you a certain amount so you can contribute each month. Also, you could start by giveing a sponsored child to a birthday person instead of give them a birthday gift. This is great with children so they will learn about other children in different part of country. I support Worldvision.org because I have known them since I was a little girl and they always go where sometimes no other nonprofit org goes to. These are some example ways of what you can do to contribute to the BirdayAroundTheWorld.org (I just named it). Thanks for asking!
