What's your vision? (Your vision is about what inspires you and what's possible for you and the world)

I've had a vision for a long time to help grow an orchestra for inner city youth in Seattle. I've always felt that music is a powerful force that can be a positive influence for self-respect. I've had this dream for over 10 years. This dream had been buried for a long time and it's come back to life after seeing "Nothin' But Strings" play on America's Got Talent. I know it's possible and that dream is alive again. For this to happen, I've started to put a team together to bring this forth. I have had many people say that they would help and love the vision! That is wonderful. I know now that there are people who would donate instruments and instructions.

What's ONE specific goal that you most want to succeed? (*Goal* they are just the milestone to your vision.)

I will also need time and residual income, both of which I am attempting to build back in my life. (If Colonel Sanders can build his business back up in his 60s, I most certainly can do it in my 50s.) I am building this through real estate investments, property management and a communication technology company. I'd like this impersonal highly technological world to become more personal by people having a digital, video VOIP phone on their desk. It would be great to see each other while we are talking to each other.

What are the next one to three things you need in referrals, connections, insight that would move your goal forward.

1 - Need multi-family and mixed use projects that needs property
management service.

2 - Property owners who absolutely need to sell that have mortgage
balances that are higher than the property value.

3 - Businesses and people who want to save money on their phone services
with the benefit of seeing each other while speaking to each other on
the phone.
